The neighborhood is a transitional neighborhood located between Downtown Waco and Baylor University. Over the past decade, the neighborhood has seen a lot of redevelopment efforts and with new builds and home renovations. The neighborhood lies in the urban core of Waco and is within walking distance to local shops, entertainment venues, and a dozen dining options.
The Gloria Inn & Cottages complex makes up nearly 1/2 a block with cleaners and other guests moving around the area as well.
Getting around
We have complimentary private parking in the driveway. In addition, street parking is available in the front of the home.
Guests can enjoy the ease of walking to local attractions like Magnolia Market, The Backyard Grill, the Dr Pepper Museum and the convenience of a 3 minute drive to Baylor. The brand new Foster Pavilion is a 10 minute walk from the home. Sic'em Bears!
